The peel is applied to the face where a rush of warmth is felt on the skin for the 1-2mins. Its not painful, just a little uncomfortable whilst the tingling effects happen. If the skin responds well, a second layer may be applied for a deeper peel.
It is particularly effective, in the treatment of photo damage, and results in an overall improvement in the texture and tone. It may also be beneficial in the treatment of darker skin pigment changes. The Blue Radiance Peel is a low 2.7ph and 20% Salicylic with a blend of lactic and glycolic for deep exfoliation and pore purging peel. It results in tighter, smoother, brighter looking skin immediately after just one facial treatment. HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE IT DONE ?
If all depends on the acids used, the number of passes and how long the chemical peel was left on for. A medium peel can take the skin takes 3-5 days to heal to a point where you can use makeup. There is little or no pain during or after the peel.

Who Is a Good Candidate For a Chemical Peel?
Generally, fair-skinned and light-haired patients are better candidates for chemical peels. If you have darker skin, you may also have good results, depending upon the type of problem being treated. But you also may be more likely to have an uneven skin tone after the procedure.
How do I care for my skin after the peel?
Use of a soap free gentle cleanser shall be used to wash your face, scrubs and wash cloths should be avoided while skin is peeling.
When will my skin start to peel and for how long?
Peeling will generally start 48-72 hours after your treatment and can last 2-5 days.
